I know that there are people with more knowledge than me on this topic, so I'm sure they'll let me .. I think Richard Feynman gives the best exposition in Six Not-So-Easy Pieces. You understand the mathematics, in particular the Lorenz transformation for both space and time. After you've not fooled yourself, it's easy not to fool other scientists. I would suggest the Pi is not the right piece of equipment for these people. This is one of my autodidactic posts – I'm not a physicist so this is a layperson's attempt to explain one of the seminal equations in physics so that others may perhaps understand it as well as me. You just have to be honest in .. Troubleshooting: so easy a ten-year-old can do it Many no-name supplies (especially in the US, for some reason) do not actually provide the voltage that they claim to, and that's been causing all kinds of problems. (I am aware of one person who sent SIX Raspberry Pis back to Farnell one after the other, insisting that they were all broken, that we/Farnell were charlatans, etc. Six Not So Easy Pieces: Einstein's Relativity, Symmetry and Space-Time, Addison Wesley, 1997, ISBN 0-201-15026-3.
